Description
High flow rate filtration systems are engineered for large-volume liquid processing where high throughput, compact footprint, and fast filter change-outs are critical. These systems utilize oversized pleated filter cartridges or core-supported elements with wide-diameter designs and high surface area to maximize flow capacity while maintaining low differential pressure.
Typically operated in vertical housings, high flow filters handle flow rates from 20 m³/h to over 100 m³/h per cartridge, making them ideal for industrial-scale operations. Available in absolute-rated configurations ranging from 1 µm to 100 µm, they combine the efficiency of fine filtration with the robustness required for continuous or batch processing.
High flow cartridges are constructed from polypropylene, glass fiber, or melt-blown media, and are available in single- or multi-layered formats for optimal contaminant removal and dirt holding capacity.
