Description

High temperature and high pressure filtration systems are engineered for demanding process conditions where polymeric filter media would fail. These filters utilize durable metallic media — such as stainless steel mesh or sintered metal — to maintain structural integrity, flow consistency, and filtration efficiency under extreme operating environments.
Stainless Steel Mesh Filters use woven or calendared wire cloth with defined pore sizes for surface filtration. They are ideal for applications requiring cleanability, low pressure drop, and reusable media in high-temperature or corrosive systems.
Sintered Metal Filters are constructed from compressed and bonded metal powders (e.g., SS316L) to form a rigid, porous structure. This depth-style metallic media offers uniform pore distribution, high differential pressure resistance, and excellent backwash or regeneration performance. Sintered filters are commonly applied in fine particle removal under high pressure or thermal cycling conditions.
