Description

High performance filters are precision-engineered pleated cartridge elements designed for applications requiring absolute particulate control, consistent filtrate quality, and compatibility with critical process fluids. Utilizing microporous membrane media such as PES, PTFE, PVDF, nylon, or glass fiber, these filters offer defined retention ratings with high surface area and low pressure drop.

Pleated membrane filters operate based on surface or near-surface retention mechanisms, where a consistent pore structure ensures sharp particle cut-off and microbial reduction. They are commonly deployed in final filtration, polishing stages, or any process where product purity, sterility, or chemical stability is paramount

These filters are available in nominal and absolute ratings from 0.1 µm to 50 µm, and are compatible with a broad range of fluids including aggressive chemicals, solvents, DI water, and food-grade ingredients.
