Description
JNC Mini Filter is a compact, self-supporting depth filter cartridge designed for point-of-use filtration in precision applications where gel particle removal, minimal hold-up volume, and clean construction are critical. Manufactured using binder-free, thermally bonded bi-component polyolefin fibers, this filter forms a rigid three-dimensional structure with stable porosity and high tolerance for differential pressure — eliminating media migration and pore size variability.
Unlike stainless steel mesh filters, the JNC Mini Filter effectively captures deformable contaminants such as gels, making it ideal for spray gun protection, fine chemical delivery, and critical fluid dispensing in electronics, chemical, and optical processes.
Available in JM and M-20 capsule formats, the Mini Filter supports nominal retention ratings from 5 µm to 185 µm, and is compatible with a wide range of low-viscosity fluids including paints, inks, solvents, and DI water.
