Description

Automated filtration systems utilizing wedge wire screen elements are designed for continuous, maintenance-free removal of solid contaminants from industrial liquids — particularly in high-solids, high-viscosity, or batch-process environments. These systems are engineered with self-cleaning mechanisms (e.g., scraper, brush, backflush) that reduce downtime, minimize manual intervention, and extend operational reliability.

The core filtration element is a wedge wire screen, formed by precision-welded V-profile stainless steel wire over support rods. This structure provides a rigid, non-plugging surface with consistent slot openings, high mechanical strength, and excellent cleanability.

Automated wedge wire filtration is ideal for applications where flow rates must be maintained even under heavy contaminant loads and where filter replacement is impractical or costly.
