AS Filter Cartridges

CLEAL AS Filter Cartridges are Slurry Filter Cartridges specially designed for highly concentrated slurry filtration, including demanding applications such as lithium-ion battery electrode manufacturing. Made with polyethylene and polypropylene media using thermally bonded ES fibers, the cartridge forms a rigid 3D matrix structure that helps maintain stable porosity, reduce media migration, and support consistent filtration performance even in high-concentration slurry liquids. It is suitable for general industry, chemicals, food, and electronics applications involving metallic paint, pigmented ink, LIB electrode slurry, separator coating liquid, and ceramic capacitor processes.
